Chris, a BBQ enthusiast and law enforcement raised IT professional
and grill master, teamed up with his friend Mike, a 15 year law
enforcement veteran. In 2010 they joined forces to create a
backyard BBQ competition team. Located just outside of the St. Louis
metropolitan area, they soon realized that their style of specialty
blends they designed and utilized were well received in the BBQ
community. The team has grown into a force in the pro BBQ circuit
and their products continue to receive awards in competition circuits
across America that have totaled in excess of 100. After teaming up with a local manufacturer to replicate their award
winning specialty spices and sauce blends, Chris and Mike are now
able to introduce to you the perfect products through their Rescue
Rub, 5-0 Rub, Sea Dog Cajun, Grunt Rub Garlic Blend, Backdraft Rub,
Top Gun Rub, and two varieties of Patriot Sauce- Original and Spicy. Not only will you love the outcome of your BBQ and various other
foods, but you will find it as an everyday staple in your kitchen. Chris and Mike didn’t create this company solely to bring you the best
blends. They also share a great passion and personal conviction in
giving back to the men and women who serve as first responders and
in military services. Chris and Mike have witnessed firsthand what
first responders and the military contribute to all of us and decided
they needed to give back through their own passion. Code 3 Spices
donates $0.25 cents of each bottle sold to organizations that
support Police, Fire, Medical and Military personnel. This will allow
those organizations to provide financial support to injured or fallen

personnel and their families.
