It has the great sweetness of our Original with the perfect amount of heat that sticks around on the back end. It is extremely flavorful, has a wonderful aroma, perfect consistency and has a sweet smoke taste on the back end.

Chris, a BBQ enthusiast and law enforcement raised IT professional
and grill master, teamed up with his friend Mike, a 15 year law
enforcement veteran. In 2010 they joined forces to create a
backyard BBQ competition team. Located just outside of the St. Louis
