Start your 2024 grilling season on top with learning how to master cooking beef "dino" ribs, tri-tip and pork ribs. After this class you will be the top Pitmaster your friends, family and neighbors will be talking about all summer.

 

This class will cover meat selection, how to prep, trim and slice each cut of meat, layering flavor profiles, different grills, charcoal, wood, and cooking essentials, fire management, grilling techniques.

 

Instructor: Ronnie "Ribeye" Stephens is a Professional BBQ Pitmaster, Champion Steak Cook and an instructor of live fire cooking. Ron has competed and won numerous awards in both the Kansas City BBQ Society and The Steak Cookoff Association. He has competed at the World Food Championships four times, finishing in the top ten each time. Ron is also an SCA and WFC Certified Judge.
